General Overview of Material ProcessingNavigation and TabsThe are three main areas of material processing. Domestic, International, and International (Post Admission). Below is an overview of the Domestic tabs and processes.
Below is an overview of the International tabs and processes.
Below is an overview of the International (Post-Admission) tabs and processes. This tab is separated out from the other area, as the Director of International Student Services (Andrew Ray) reviews these.
Processing MaterialsTo process a material select the applicant's name in the portal and you will be taken to their material dashboard. There is a filter option at the bottom of the material page, which allows users to filter by materials still requiring processing. To process the transcript or document, select the material and then select the edit button. This will display the documents in a viewer screen, with a form on the right hand navigation, which should be filled out according to business processes. It is important to switch transcripts to "processed" to see the correct form. After filling out the required fields, select save and the document will be processed. International Unique ProcessesThe international section of the “Material Processing” portal has been redesigned to operate in tandem with the International Credential Evaluation workflow, by allowing record managers to send "ready to review" applications to the Director of International Student Services. It also allows for country specific evaluations to occur, and additional materials to be processed. There are often two forms available when reviewing a record in the portal.
